These are informal tours led by family members and designed to give you a behind-the-scenes look at a real working family farm. They are not as in-depth or as hands-on as our Adult+Child Farm Experience Tours.
This is most definitely NOT a Disney-type theme park experience! What you'll see depends on the time of year and what happens to be going on that day. Be prepared for rain, hot weather, cold weather, mud, etc. Wear sensible clothes and if there is any chance the weather will be variable, dress in layers.
Children are welcome, but must be under the supervision of their parent or guardian at all times. Anyone not adhering to safety guidelines will be asked to leave the tour.
NOTE: We've listed these tours alongside ticketed events, but these are free. It's important you contact us, because we need to plan for your visit — so that someone can meet you and show you around, otherwise you'll land here while we are all working elsewhere!
