Everybody loves bacon, and it's easy and fun to make!

Normally, curing bacon is a week-long process.  To keep your workshop to a single day on the farm, we'll demonstrate the simple curing process, and you'll smoke and pack bellies we have already cured for you.

While the bellies are smoking, we'll enjoy some snacks, learn about the curing process, and take a tour of the farm's pork operation.  We'll provide fresh pork bellies and all the spices for you to come up with your own secret spice blend.  You'll leave with at least 4 lbs of bacon:  half of it smoked and ready to slice and eat, the other half you can take home and smoke when it's finished curing.
